Mixed-use residential and office towers with retail podiums
dsa ENGINEERING provided the complete Mechanical & Electrical design together with the fire engineering strategy for this mixed-use complex of residences and commercial spaces on a retail podium in Ha Noi. The project consists of nine 30 to 50-storey residential towers on a common base with 4 levels of retail and 2 levels of below grade parking. The project has been designed with individual VRV air conditioning units per apartment with hot water heat recovery from the condensers. Low water use fittings were used to conserve water consumption. DSA worked with our joint venture partner Space Engineering in Ho Chi Minh City for the local M&E Engineering. The project is currently under construction.
