dsa ENGINEERING provided the complete Mechanical and Electrical design for this mixed-use complex consisting of a 30-storey hotel tower and a 35-storey office/residential tower over a 4-storey commercial podium.
The entire project has back-up electrical standby power gereation. Construction started in 2017 and is scheduled to be completed in 2020.
