dsa ENGINEERING provided the complete design for this 5-star luxury resort hotel and spa in the Swiss Alps. All the domestic hot water and space heating is obtained from the 51°C geothermal water available only to this hotel. Once the thermal water is used to heat the building the water is used in therapy baths within the spa. There are 50 luxury apartments in addition to the hotel and the owners of the apartments can make use of the hotel facilities. The geothermal water is also provided to the residences.
