Award winning commercial development for speculative office and residential building in Islington. DSA Engineering provided the complete Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health design for this highly sustainable office development with 3 flats adjacent designed to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and CfSH Level 4. The building has an underfloor air system that uses outside air to provide free heating and cooling for over 75 percent of the year which enables it to exceed the carbon emissions reduction requirement by over 50 percent.
