The 20-person founding staff of dsa ENGINEERING all worked together as a team for more than 12 years in their previous employment at an internationally renowned Building Services consulting engineering firm. We made the decision to form a new company to break the mould on Mechanical and Electrical consulting engineering in order to provide clients with an exemplary level of engineering excellence and client service. The dsa ENGINEERING team offers the following:

dsa ENGINEERING offers comprehensive Low Carbon Studies to provide the most suitable and individualised innovative ideas for reducing the carbon footprint of a project. Strategies are focused on carbon reduction through the implementation of innovative energy conserving design concepts and cost-effective use of renewable technologies.

We present our clients with clear and concise analyses so that the most appropriate solution can easily be selected with confidence. Speed of analysis is the key in the conceptual phase of a project and dsa is adept at producing our low-carbon feasibility studies within very short time frames which enables the architect to proceed with the design in confidence.

Part L Compliance

dsa ENGINEERING is certified by the BRE to perform Part L analyses under its Competent Persons Scheme for Building CO2 emissions rate calculations, Scheme Document SD109.

BREEAM

dsa ENGINEERING is certified to provide BREEAM ‘pre’ and ‘full’ assessments.

LEED Certifications

dsa ENGINEERING has LEED AP engineers certified to provide full assessments.
