dsa ENGINEERING provided the mechanical and electrical design for the total refurbishment of this 1960’s hotel, including main plant and guestrooms. An all new four-pipe fan coil system was installed, and new bathrooms, lighting, fire alarms, sprinklers and phased BMS were also provided.
The project was done on a fast-track basis whilst the hotel remained occupied, Phase I comprising Levels 12, 11 and 10 and the main plant, Phase II Levels 9 to 7 and Phase III Levels 6 to 2 inclusive.
