DSA Engineering's M+E design for Squire & Partners' new office in Brixton

DSA Engineering provided M+E consulting design for Squire & Partners’ new office in Brixton. The building was a dilapidated Edwardian department store with old interior elements including old mahogany and teak parquet flooring, grand tiled staircase and graffiti artwork.

DSA Engineering worked closely with Squire & Partners to ensure the M+E systems preserved the historic interiors while complimenting the new architectural design elements.   

The project included a CHP system, exposed services, the refurbishment and re-use of Victorian cast-iron radiators, and bespoke air conditioning units.
