70 Gracechurch Street skyscraper gets the go ahead

One more of our skyscraper projects in the City gets planning approval.

Working alongside KPF, DSA Engineering’s high rise experience is utilised to offer Tenacity’s new City tower an innovative and sustainable design targeting a BREEAM rating of ‘outstanding.’

The 33-storey tower offers 72,000 sqm of flexible office floor space, more than 1,800 sqm of flexible retail space and more than 1,500sqm of public access space.

A public gallery and winter garden at levels 29 and 30 will offer views across London and will be made available at no cost to the City’s residents, workers and visitors.
